Reservation and Cancellation Policy

1. The Villa and/or Garden may be rented two years to the day in advance of your event date. If you are making a reservation more than a year in advance, 50% of the rental fee and a signed contract are required to reserve a date. The full rental fee is due one year to the day in advance of your event.

2. If making a reservation one year or less in advance of the event, the full rental fee and a signed contract are required to reserve a date.

3. If a date change is requested, the request must be in writing and a new contract signed. A $75 processing fee will be charged for a date change.

4. More than one date change will incur a 5% administrative fee based on the higher rental rate.

5. Reservations must be made no less than 30 days before the date of the event for the Villa or Annex. All fees must be paid at that time. Meeting rooms may be booked 15 days in advance if Villa staff has already been scheduled to work on the date requested.

6. All reservations and cancellations must be in writing.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be in writing.

2. Refund of rental fees and deposit will be made according to the following schedule:

  • If notice of cancellation is given with 365 days or less, the entire rental fee will be retained. If we are able to rebook the facility at the same rate, we will refund your entire rental fee minus a 10% administrative fee based on the rental rate. If we are able to rebook the facility at a lower rate, we will refund your rental fee minus the difference in rates and a 10% administrative fee based on the higher rental rate.
  • For cancellations made prior to 365 days in advance of your event, the entire rental fee will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee based on the rental rate.
  • If a security/damage deposit, custodial or insurance fee has been paid, this fee(s) will be refunded.
  • Sixty days prior to the event, a refundable security/damage deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded to you approximately 3-4 weeks after your event, less any deductions that might have been necessary, unless instructed to retain on-file for future bookings.
  • We will provide you with an itemized statement of any charges deducted from your deposit. These charges may include above normal cleaning charges, damage to the facility, overtime charges, etc. Renters are responsible for all damages, and should the damage cost exceed the security deposit, the renters are responsible for any additional costs.
  • If the bar is shut down for any reason, or the police or sheriff are called out, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
